Reporting unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

At Aluum, is incredibly important to us that our members feel safe and supported while using the platform. We do not tolerate behavior that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, misleading, false, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, obscene, offensive, profane or racially, ethnically, or otherwise discriminatory.

We ask you to please notify our support team at help@myaluum.com immediately if you notice someone taking actions on the platform that may violate our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use.

If possible, please include a detailed description or images of the unsafe or inappropriate behavior you are witnessing. The content and/or the user will go through an internal Aluum team review and be removed or suspended from the platform as deemed appropriate.

Reporting a post

1. Navigate to the post on your home feed and select the three dots.
2. Then, select 'Report post'.

Reporting a user

1. Navigate to the user's porfile.
2. Select the three dots indicator.
3. Then, select 'Report user'.

General reporting

1. Select 'Settings'.
2. Under Support, select 'Report user or content'.
